Returns & Exchanges

At CAA South Central Ontario, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all tags and manuals. Please have your original receipt or proof of purchase ready.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit any CAA Store location in South Central Ontario or contact our Member Support team to receive a return authorization for mail-in requests.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the merchandise to prevent damage during transit. If returning via mail, clearly attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.
